Where: The Court Theatre, Cnr of Sturt and Stokes St, Townsville
Age group: all ages What to bring: An instrument (if you have one) and an open mind

The Speed Songwriting Workshop will explore:
the structure of a song - what goes where? what do you need to write a song? how can you find inspiration for writing a song? practice makes perfect - we test drive the Speed Songwriting theory.
If you have a song you have written that you would like feedback on, please bring a copy of the song to the workshop or alternatively, you can perform the song live.
Local Townsville band The Tremadours are accomplished songwriters and are soon to release their 2nd self titled EP. They recently played at the 2011 Groovin’ The Moo festival in Townsville.
