The company was founded 30 years ago and is recognised as the longest running professional theatre company in regional Australia. Over this time the company has adapted itself to accommodate changes and take advantage of opportunities to grow and remain sustainable and viable. Through excellent partnerships we now assist with the presentation of film and live music.
Professional theatre is not something that develops overnight – it comes with long-term fostering / nurturing of companies, to ensure that they survive the rigours of funding changes, and weather the odd bad year. Full Throttle Theatre Company represents cultural capacity amassed over 30 years.
